[kaffe-siteadmin] Moving CVS commits off the mailing list

Hi all, hi Jim,

I'd like to propose moving the CVS commit messages off the main mailing 
list. The rationale is that the frequent merges with GNU Classpath and 
other projects, as well as frequent build system fixes, result in a lot 
of traffic on the list that may not be interesting to all readers.

As far as I can tell, kaffe-cvs is the most frequent poster atm, and 
usually does no get any replies anyway ;) So I'd propose moving the 
commit messages to a separate kaffe-commits mailing list. Ideally, the 
Reply-To: for these commit messages would be set to the normal kaffe 
list, so that we can discuss commits on the main mailing list.
