[kaffe-siteadmin] CVS commits for website and new kaffe-project-services directory

Hi,

I'm sending commit emails to this list now for modifications against the
website.

I also created a new 'kaffe-project-services' directory, which can be a home
for various pieces of custom software for the server.  I put my prototype
JSP version of the website in there.

I plan to check in the cvsps scripts into there somewhere soon as well, since
I'm getting quite a few requests for them.

Please what for breakage again -- I modified the loginfo file in CVSROOT
to set this up.
